Research
We provide a dedicated learning courses for those involved and interested in research in the medical field, to conduct research in scientific and ethical manner within the legal framework. With increasing donations, we hope to support some of the research work addressing the current health needs of our society.

We provide financial relief to patients and families facing medical expenses, ensuring that financial burdens do not stand in the way of receiving necessary treatment.

Our dedicated volunteers and support groups offer comfort and companionship to patients during their healthcare journey, making them feel valued and heard.

We collaborate with local organizations to promote health awareness, organize health camps, and improve healthcare accessibility for underserved people.
Our Team
Dr. Shishir Jirge
Dr Shishir Jirge completed his graduation MBBS & MS at GMC Miraj. He subsequently trained in Breach Candy Hospital & Research Centre, and P.D.Hinduja hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai. His super specialty training was at J.J Hospital & Grant Medical College, Mumbai, and he stood first in M.Ch. (Urology) examination held by Mumbai University. Subsequently, he was Lecturer Urology, Sion Hospital, Mumbai.
He was selected for the Overseas Training (ODTS), Royal College of Surgeons, England and was in U.K from 1994-97.
He is at present Consultant Urologist and Director – Shreyas Hospital, and Consultant
Andrologist and Director – Sushrut Assisted Conception Clinic, Honorary Urologist and Chief,
Urology Department, (RCSM Govt Medical College).
Dr. Padma Rekha Jirge
Dr Padma Rekha Jirge graduated from Bangalore Medical College, and subsequently trained as a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician in U.K. She obtained subspeciality training in laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for a year at Stobhill General Hospital and this was followed by two years training in IVF at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. She was a Clinical Research Fellow in the Assisted Conception Unit at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary with Prof. Richard Fleming, who is a world renowned Reproductive Endocrinologist and Researcher. This training also involved a sound understanding of reproductive endocrinology, human pre- implantation embryology and clinical research in the field of ART. The original research work performed during this period, have been published in peer reviewed journals with high impact factor and have a good citation as well.
She is at present the scientific Director of Shreyas Hospital and Sushrut Assisted Conception Clinic in Kolhapur. The reproductive medicine department of the hospital provides tertiary level of care for infertile couples. She is involved in training post graduates as Sushrut is a recognised centre for providing IVF training through ICOG fellowship course in reproductive medicine for Gynaecologists since 2012. The candidates have presented the clinical research work at state, national and international level and won awards during their training period here.
She has been an invited faculty for many national and international conferences in infertility and IVF.

Dr. Suma P Kumar
Dr. Suma P. Kumar graduated from Bangalore Medical College in 1995. Subsequently, she underwent specialist training in General and Respiratory Medicine in United Kingdom. She has obtained MD, CCST, EDRAM and has Executive MBA in Healthcare Management (Apollo Medvarsity) and also Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from National Law School, Bengaluru.
She worked as a Consultant Pulmonologist at the prestigious St. Thomas’ Hospital and Lane Fox Unit, London prior to returning to India in 2008. She has subsequently worked at Sagar Hospitals, Excelcare Hospital, Bengaluru.
She has keen interest in education, research and academics. She has undertaken multiple health camps and awareness programs in and around Bengaluru. Some of these include: ASTHMATHON 2019: 900 medical professionals, family members and the public walked raising awareness on Asthma, with raising prevalence in India. World COPD day 2022: An awareness program was conducted across Karnataka about this condition COPD caused due to tobacco smoke and biomass fuel exposure.
She currently serves as the Executive Committee Member of the Karnataka Pulmonologists Association, State of Karnataka. She is the Chief Pulmonologist and the Medical Director at Excelcare Hospital, Bengaluru.
Dr. Aditya Jirge
Dr. Aditya Jirge completed his primary education at Fort International School in Kolhapur and higher secondary education at Shree Kumaran’s Education Institute in Bengaluru.
He completed his MBBS from Kempegowda Medical College, Bengaluru and is currently pursuing his postgraduate qualification MS in General Surgery at Manipal Academy for Higher Education, Manipal, Karnataka
Dr. Aneesh Jirge
Dr. Aneesh Jirge completed his primary education at Fort International School in Kolhapur and higher secondary education at Shree Kumaran’s Education Institute in Bengaluru. He completed his MBBS from Kempegowda Medical College, Bengaluru.
He is currently preparing to pursue his postgraduate education.
